The perfect sweet treat!
When I say a sweet treat I mean very sweet, I could almost feel my teeth dissolving as I was eating it! During lockdown cupboards have been cleaned more than ever and sorting out my baking shelf encouraged me to use some of the left overs. Rocky road is perfect for this as you can add anything you fancy.
This one always goes down well for cake sales at work, one thing though if you are going to give a bit to children, make sure it is as they leave as the amount of sugar in it will have them hyper!
