I know it’s a little early for the C word, but it’s my turn to host this year and I like to get as much as possible done in advance. That’s if we can even have Christmas this year!
This gravy is even more special this year as most of the veg and herbs are from our allotment. π It’s not a quick process so doing it in advance and freezing it ready for the big day is ideal.
I use Jamie Oliver’s ‘Get ahead gravy’ recipe from his Christmas book. It can be found here
