I just love cheese! I love trying different flavours, it has been known that I spend a fortune at farmers markets and food festivals on cheese.
My recent test for how good a restaurant is would be to order the cheese and charcuterie board. So far the best is Old Tom’s Gin Bar in Durham City, if you are in the area, give it a try.
Cheese is the best course in a dinner without a doubt!
