I’ve struggled with my Yorkshire Puddings of late, ever since I changed my oven. I thought it wasn’t getting hot enough as they just weren’t rising. I changed from a bun tin to a muffin tin which was slightly better but still not great so I decided to try a different recipe. Bye bye be-ro, hello James Martin! And look what happened….😀
3 eggs
200g plain flour
300ml milk
Method:
Heat oven to 240c
Dribble a little oil in the muffin tin and heat in the oven til hot
Whisk eggs four and milk together to form a batter and pour in the hot tins for 20 minutes
